2. 모집 내용 : Associate/Manager, Clinical Operation(경력6년이상) 모집
- Clinical Operations 조직의 유연한 People Management 가 가능한 임상 경력 6년이상의 경력자를 찾고 있습니다!

▣ Qualifications
- Degree in Science, with a major in Pharmacy, Biological / Life Sciences or Nursing from a recognized tertiary institution
- Manager, Clinical Operations : At least 6 years' of experience working on clinical trials with over 3 years' experience in a leadership capacity.
- Associate Manager, Clinical Operations : At least 6 years' of experience working on clinical trials with 1-2 years' experience in a leadership capacity.
- In dept knowledge and ability to apply GCP/ICH and applicable regulatory guidelines
- Knowledge of flexible resourcing services financial parameters and financial tracking and accounting methods
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Sound judgment and decision making skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Able to travel when required

▣ 연봉수준 및 복리후생: 현, 연봉이상으로 추후 협의 가능/ 주5일제
