2. 모집 내용 : Associate/Manager, Global Functional Resourcing 모집

- Degree in Science, with a major in Pharmacy, Biological / Life Sciences or Nursing from a recognized tertiary institution
- At least 6 years' of experience working on clinical trials with 1-2 years' experience in a leadership capacity.
- In dept knowledge and ability to apply GCP/ICH and applicable regulatory guidelines
- Knowledge of flexible resourcing services financial parameters and financial tracking and accounting methods
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Sound judgment and decision making skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Able to travel when required
