- 특기사항 : Business Excellence & SFA(Sales force Automation) solution development experience is required

▣ Summary of Job Description

1) Business Excellence
- Build up standardized business process in strategic, tactical and operational areas through aligning between commercial functions in order to gain effectiveness and efficiency
- Develop customer segmentation profiling strategies for both Pharmacy and Hospitals & Clinics
- Standardize day- to-day business operating process for effective use of SFA system
- Re-invent optimized business model in line with Consumer Healthcare strategic vision in local market

2) Lead and manage SFA solution development project
- Supervise full process of SFA solution development project
- Manage IT vendor in collaboration with IT department

3) Change Management

- Identify areas to change in each operation process
- Implement Change Management project on selected areas for change.
