¢Ã Position : Á¤±ÔÁ÷ - COM

¢Ã Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain a customer focus reputation with both clients and candidates
- Establish and maintain good candidate management for ongoing placements
- Take accurate briefs from clients and prepare proposals and contracts
- Build relationships with the objective of increasing business opportunities within established clients
- Manage employee career development processes
- Ensure reference checks on candidates (following job offer) are conducted by HR and relevant information provided for Clients.
- Attract and retain high-calibre employees, taking every opportunity of reminding employees and candidates about the Referral Processes
- Ensure contract renewals (client and employees) are timely and accurate and all client agreements are to agreed margins
- Ensure that all contract ends and assignment moves are conduct smoothly
- Provide oversight of employees and effective communication with clients to ensure objectives are being met.
- Close liaison with client management to identify any issues with employee performance and manage performance in line with company policy ensuring the employee is supported and objectives achieved for both client and employee. Identify candidates and present qualified candidates to clients
- Have a focus on Quality – deliverables, reports, employees¡¯ performance, Best Practices etc.
- Coordination of training and on-boarding for billable staff
- Support service offerings through input into RFPs and client presentations and client meetings
- Be responsible for regular client updates and account meetings
- Identify sales opportunities within assigned clients

¢Ã Requirements :
- BSc or equivalent and a minimum of 5 to 8 years¡¯ experience in a business related role within the Pharmaceutical or CRO/Staffing environment.
- Supervisory clinical research resourcing management experience and knowledge of clinical research processes essential
- Experience of working in multi-disciplinary teams Knowledge and working experience with Contract Staffing processes desirable
- Knowledge of financial management models used in the service industry/ staffing sector
- Familiar with cold-calling as a sourcing method where appropriate
- Excellent customer service, negotiation and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships and the ability to work with executives and senior management.
