▣ Position : 정규직 - Associate Director, Patient Recruitment

* 국내에서는 아주 생소한 포지션으로 아시아 퍼시픽에서는 처음 즉 최초 오픈 된 포지션 입니다. 현재 미국과 UK에는 이와 같은 업무를 하고 있는 동료들이 대략 50여명이 재직 중이며, 이미 체계적으로 콜센터를 갖추고 있을 정도로 전문화된 조직을 아시아(한국)에 새롭게 갖추고자 하는 상태입니다.(기본적인 임상 관련 경력을 비롯한 마케팅 또는 BD 경력을 함께 겸비하신 분 우대 / 나이 및 남녀 무관 지원 가능)

▣ Day to day responsibilities :
- This is a regional role and will closely with other colleagues in the patient recruitment team and Feasibility, Clinical Operations, Project leadership and also Business Development.
- The position holder will deal with local and global clients directly and develop recruitment strategies.
- The position holder will support Various global and local projects.

▣ Years of experience and mandatory skills :
- At least 10 years patient recruitment, project management, clinical research professional experiences.
- Self-starter.
- Independent.
- Trained.
- Presentation skills.
- Hospital, research institution experience is also preferred.

1st : by hiring manager and another Associate director
2nd: by the vice president
