1) Manage all of data & production process
- Develop & Improve production system for production processes
- Develop panel management system for data collection team and production team
- Designs and applies standard logic for individual applications programs and writes program
instructions in a high-level program language.
- Modifies maintains and updates existing programs of a standard nature.
- Coordinates with system users to determine final objectives, desired reports, historical data to
be preserved, data sources, etc.
- Manage & Control all of data: Pharmacy, Hospital, Clinic, Wholesaler, etc
- Develop data validation system to improve data quality
- Improve the existing IMS offerings into higher value-added: Dashboard, Therapy Dynamics,
etc
- Data support for other department: Tech & Apps, Service, etc
2) Manage all of IT infra under global guideline
- Provides information technology support activities on multi-platform environments.
- Resolves information technology problems.
- Provides initial review/response to identified information technology problems and logs the
problems
- Resolves the routines problems and escalates the more complex issues for resolution
- Prepares and analyzes operational data, logs, and reports on operating efficiency and
utilization.
3) End-user Support
- Provides first-line support to company employees to resolve computer software and hardware
and networking problems.
- Provides routine analysis and problem solving of network or PC software, hardware or
peripherals.
- Contacts and coordinates with hardware or software vendors for service if necessary.
