▣ Position : Head of Research (연구소장/ 임원급 /정규직) 부문 모집

(직급의 경우, 추후 후보자의 커리어에 따라 협의 할 예정이며, 이사급이상부터 전무급 이상까지 폭 넓게 생각할 예정이며, 이에 수반되는 연봉 및 처우에 대한 부분 역시 case by case로 조정 예정입니다.)

보고 라인 : CEO

Key Responsibilities :

l Leadership role: Lead a team of scientistsin charge of antibody drug research

- Set the goal and motivate the wet lab-basedresearch team

- Oversee research & preclinical-stage projectsfrom target ID & candidate selection through IND filing; define the R&Dstrategy for each project, align with other functions, and implement ittactically

- Represent science in cross-functionalproject meetings: will be working very closely with the development experts,such as CMC, clinical and regulatory

l Strategic role: Formulate the company’sscientific strategy

- Applyknowledge of IO landscape to the important decisions related to the Companypipeline/portfolio

- Integratethe science with the business strategy

- Organize/managethe Company’s Scientific Advisory Board

l Represent the Company to internal/externalstakeholders

- Form/maintain reserch collaborations and partnerships, together with BD team

- Represent the Company’s science to BoD, investors, researchers and KoLs



Qualifications :

- PhD or MD/PhD degree (deep understanding) inoncology/immunology

- Experiencein working with antibody-based therapeutic agents such as antibody,fusion protein, or ADC in oncology/immunology setting

- Trackrecords with hands-on experience in all aspects of research in biotech asdescribed above; minimum 10 years of industry experiences required

- Must bring a strong entrepreneurial orientation along with highly developed leadership skills; versatile as both individual contributor and team-player

- Fluent in English

- Global experience preferred, such as PhD in an overseas university or experience working at global pharma/biotech

- Knowledge able of the opportunities and the challenges of ‘biotech’ setting; well-developedstakeholder management and influencing skills, experience in communicatingscience to outside investors, etc

- Credibility within the international scientific communities

- Patentowner (or licensee) of technologies/platforms related to antibody-basedtherapeutics (e.g. antibodies, fusion proteins, and ADCs)

직급: 임원급 (경력 및 면접결과에 따라 C-level executive도 고려 가능)

연봉: 현, 연봉이상 추후 협의 가능
