[Responsibility & Qualification]
RESPONSIBILITY
 To strategize, develop and be responsible for execution of key strategic market access plan in support of the KKAP and affiliates corporate business strategy. Delivers market access recommendations for key business priorities.
 Assess reimbursement opportunities and challenges facing the business¡¯ emerging commercially marketed products and communicate business impact to senior management.
 Identify key health economics needs for Kyowa Kirin products, working with health economics and outcomes research colleagues to determine actions required.
 Lead development and execution of practical strategies to secure optimal reimbursement (coding/coverage/payment) for Kyowa Kirin products and procedures Lead implementation of tactical planning activities required to achieve reimbursement objectives.
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the development and communication of economic value messages to support product adoption.
 Manage provision of appropriate internal training to sales, marketing, clinical, regulatory, and legal to increase awareness and understanding of health economics and market access competencies and their role in supporting a product¡¯s success.
 Proactively engages internal and external stakeholders to advance advocacy goals and shape policy. Develops relationships with key senior external stakeholders e.g. Policy makers and market access influencing stakeholders.
Provides customer facing support in key strategic accounts integrated into key account management plans
 Acts as liaison with all cross functional stakeholders (Franchise leadership, Commercial Strategic and Clinical team as well as other internal stakeholders) and fosters collaboration.
 Monitor policy developments that impact the reimbursement of Kyowa Kirin products. Build relationships in key markets with government, physician, hospital, and third-party payer decision makers.
 Establish and support a work environment of continuous improvement that supports Kyowa Kirin Korea¡¯s Quality Policy, Quality System and the appropriate regulations for the area they support.
 Coaches and supports teams in development and execution of franchise initiatives. Ensures the team delivers high quality deliverables aligned to business priorities.
Coaches and supports the team in the execution on economic analyses, value proposition development, and evidence generation.
Leverage health and economic evidence to build competitively differentiated value propositions and instill among clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.
Leads and mentors Market Access employees ensuring robust talent, engagement, retention, career development and advancement strategies.
Develops, manages, and tracks KKKR HEMA goals and budgets.
l QUALIFICATION
 A minimum Master's Degree in Health Economics, Health Services Research, Health Policy or related field is required.
 A minimum of 10 years of relevant (Market Access or Pharmaceutical Pricing) experience is required.
 Experience in conducting outcomes research studies applying health economics, patient-reported outcomes, retrospective and prospective data analyses, epidemiology or health services research is required.
 Solid project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously is required
 Understanding of health care delivery systems, reimbursement, market access conditions and health policy trends in major Global markets preferred.
 Understanding of evidence requirements that impact reimbursement and market access required.
 Excellent skills in collaboration, influencing and communication (both written and presentation) is required.
 Proven leadership ability to effectively motivate and manage a team of professionals.
 Proven ability to understand business strategy and to translate it into market access strategies that support the company¡¯s business goals.
 Understands health economics techniques and is able to direct and critique complex models.
 Strong ability to take evidence and other complex data and package it into easy to understand that can support commercial use.
 Strong ability to convey clinical and economic arguments to external stakeholders.
 Strategic thinker with the ability to balance short- and long-term goals with Strong business acumen
