▣ Position : R&D소속 - 부장급~ 준임원급/임원X (정규직)

- 학사 이상 / 석,박사급 우대
- 제약 R&D 관련 전공자
- 관련분야 15년이상자

[자격요건]
- Deep understanding of the role of translational research/medicine and clinical biomarker use in drug development.
- Experience in the design and generation of clinic-ready biomarker assays in the field of Biotech
- Successful IND/BLA/MAA filing Experience in US/EU/CN is preferred
- Established track record for leading biomarker development and clinical implementation efforts in Phama/Biotech
- Cross-functional multicultural leadership experience is required.
- MD, PhD or MD/PhD in Biology or equivalent advanced related Bio R&D field
- Experienced scientist with 12+ years of post-graduate experience in Biopharmaceutical Research and Development,
with a minimum of 5 years in a translational setting
- Ability to work and drive decision-making within a multi-disciplinary, multi-regional, matrix teams

[우대사항]
- Experience within Rare Disease & Hematology field is preferred

[수행업무]

- Provides translational strategic insight including resistance mechanisms and combination strategies for R&D programs in collaboration with all functions"

- Contributes to the creation of a data-management and -analytics framework with the goal to facilitate forward- and reverse translation, as well as correlative sciences, throughout the development and commercial continuum

- Lead a team of Translational Scientists to develop hypotheses driven Translational strategies, non-clinical mechanistic studies

- Working with Early Clinical Development and Project Leadership colleagues, proactively sets the strategy and provides insight into novel ways to incorporate biomarkers into clinical designs to enable early understanding of emerging drug profiles.

- Analyze and interpret clinical biomarker results, evaluation of translational hypothesis based on clinical data,
and data-driven generation of new hypotheses
