¢Ã Position : Commercial Partnership Manager (Á¤±ÔÁ÷ - Èĺ¸ÀÚÀÇ Ä¿¸®¾î¿¡ µû¶ó¼ Á÷±Þ ÇùÀÇ ¿¹Á¤)
1) Commercial Partnership
- Identify new business opportunities in B2C channel and develop customer proposition and enhanced customer journey for existing B2C channel
- Work with Commercial Partnership Director to develop and manage clearly articulated business pipeline. Based on market knowledge and research and equipped with global best practice, start with ideation, develop value proposition, prepare planning for the launch and post-monitoring to measure performance and areas for improvements
- Using marketing expertise and insights into business, develop client-facing proposals and provide support for new sales process
- Drive local Assurant product innovation strategy to improve market position and drive competitive advantage
2) New Business Development
- Expand sales in existing and new accounts by identifying customer needs, participating in the development of client plans and introducing new products and services within Korea
- Expand and pursue mobile, home appliance and auto business opportunities in Korea
- Creates new opportunities at manufacturers, mobile carriers, MVNO, used phone trade-in and new business area, leveraging Assurant's core product and services
3) Strategic Planning
- Market insights and monitoring of the market landscape to ensure Assurant is well placed to take advantage of new or emerging trends via its new product and service offerings
- Develop strategy to maximize overall value from existing clients and prospects, focusing on long term relationships and sustainability of earnings
- Stay current on client¡¯s industry, business objectives, priorities, customers, factors affecting P&L, regulatory issues, and their market footprint
4) Client Relationship Building
- Develop reputation of Assurant in the market as a strategic partner to its clients and a thought leader in the telecommunication, financial services, retail and automotive sector
- Drive client advocacy through the professionalism and capability of the business development function
- Develop and execute a client strategy for each account
- Act as primary point of communication with client
- Incorporating knowledge of industry products, services, trends, etc. into day-to-day interactions
- Enhance relationship with clients by providing support, information and guidance.
Financial Responsibility :
- Responsible to understand the financial structure of each assigned client to contribute to managing overall business performance.
Basic Qualifications Required - Experience, Skills, and Knowledge :
- Bachelor¡¯s degree or equivalent experience.
- Over 8 years experience in marketing, business and account development
- Project management experience
- Proven strong skills on Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio and Project
- The ability to clearly articulate ideas both verbally and written; excellent presentation skills
- Proven ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to influence clients and gain buy-in
- Ability to resolve complex problems and issues with little supervisory support
- Accepts responsibility and is accountable for client¡¯s business objectives
- Fluent English & Korean
- MNC experience preferred
