We are looking for a local HR/Personnel Manager for the Turkey branch of a South Korean conglomerate. Both Koreans residing in Turkey and Turkish nationals are welcome to apply. We look forward to receiving applications from those currently living in Turkey.

● Position: HR Manager (Full-time)

● Responsibilities:

- Overall management of HR and general affairs

- HR planning

- Performance evaluation and compensation

- Recruitment and more

● Qualifications:

- For Turkish nationals: Intermediate Korean / Intermediate or higher English

- For Koreans residing in Turkey: Advanced Turkish / Intermediate or higher English

- At least 5 years of experience in HR-related roles in Turkey

- Ability to communicate flexibly and be organizationally friendly

● Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working for a Korean company in Turkey

- Experience leading a team or department

- Direct or indirect experience with structural changes such as the establishment or dissolution of corporations and branches

- Sufficient understanding of Turkish labor law
