1. Requirement
- At least 3yrs of experience as sales or marketing and preferred in training in pharmaceutical industry
-Experience in understanding and utilizing the pharmaceutical selling skills & PT (presentation) skills model, or relevant training experience
2. Competency/Skills
- Good interpersonal skills and communication / Teamwork
- Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
- Good computer and database skill to record and analyze the training result
- Familiarity with training methods (on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc.)
