Functions:
- Responsible for the identification, validation and translation of key marketing programs in Industrial market
segment with a concentration on growth in super engineering plastics compounds
- Must be able to work with existing customers to drive growth of high CM products
- Must be able to identify new customers, assess potential and execute on validation targets for high-end market
- Leverage technical expertise to fully understand customer CTQs
and create a compelling value proposition for targeted applications - Key measurements are new target generation and closure
- Develop strong relationships with the OEM and molders to help in identification of growth opportunities
- Concentration on global specifying accounts to drive growth in other geographies

Requirements:
- BS degree - Chemical or Polymer / Technical
- Minimum 5 years of Engineering plastics experience
- Extensive track record of execution and exceeding goals
- Proven project management and team leadership skills
- Effective communications and presentation skills
- Self starter and independent team worker
- Fluent in English
