▣ Position : [국내 유망 핫벤처] Head of BD(business development) / 이사, 상무급 모집

Job Overview :

To lead the Company’s overall business development (BD) activities and deliver results.



Main Accountabilities :

• Identify potential partnering opportunities (primarily out-licensing), coordinate technical due diligence, manage term sheet/definitive agreement negotiation leading to execution of partnership.
• Alliance management: maintain existing collaborations and partnerships.
• Be on top of competitive landscape and apply insights to important decisions related to the Company pipelines; will be working closely with the internal R&D functions.
• Generate external collaboration strategy for research or early clinical-stage pipelines.
• Lead development of corporate/pipeline presentations.
• Coordinate correspondence between the Company and external stakeholders.

Qualification (Experience & Knowledge) :

(Must)

• Track records with hands-on experience in all aspects of strategic BD as described above; minimum 15 years of BD experiences required.
• Experiences of leading cross-border out-licensing deals with tangible outcomes.
• Significant experience in cross-functional project management with well-developed stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Good understanding of entire value chain from R&D to manufacturing and commercialization.
• Fluent in English.



(Plus)

• Experience in oncology or immunology therapeutic areas
• MS or higher degree in pharmaceutical/bio-sicence fields
• Global experiences including working at MNCs (multi-national corporations)
• Familiarity with biotech startup environment
