2. 모집 내용 : Clinical Team Lead (Regional) 모집

▣ Position : Clinical Team Lead (Regional) - 정규직 - 1명 채용 예정

▣ Job Responsibilities:
- Manage clinical study set-up and follow-up study activities through ongoing tracking and review of study progress.
- Ensure high performance and efficiency of the clinical team through the scheduling of co-monitoring/accompanied site visits and on-going mentoring of CRA team.
- Provide ongoing training and support to the clinical team. Establish study tools and training materials.

▣ Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor Degree in Science, with a major in Pharmacy, Biological / Life Sciences or Nursing from a recognized tertiary institution
- At least five years' relevant experience in the pharmaceutical and/or CRO industry, with minimum 1 years' relevant experience in leading clinical teams locally or in the region
- Well versed in drug development process, clinical trial monitoring procedures, GCP guidelines and medical terminology
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong leadership skills and ability to establish and maintain effective working relationship with all levels
- Effective organizational, verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills in English
- Ability to travel when required
