▣ Position : Clinical-Senior Director,CRA Development

With a Bachelors degree, or local equivalent, in life sciences, medicine or related discipline, you will be an expert with comprehensive clinical research experience, with signification proven line management experience in a Director, CRA Management, Director, Clinical Operations or equivalent job role.

- A successful track record or managing CRA Managers or equivalent job role and interact positively with all levels of staff across relevant departments.

- Strong working knowledge of clinical research, good business awareness and expertise in all phases of a clinical trial with comprehensive knowledge and understanding of ICH-GCP.

- Demonstrated ability of highly developed problem solving skills with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and proven experience of managing conflict effectively.

- The desired candidate must have considerable experience in training CRA Managers and CRAs. Ideally the candidate should have experience in developing a group of CRAs. It is a Senior role where a CRA Director and 8-9 CRA Managers will report to this candidate. The candidate must speak excellent English. The position can be either based in India or South Korea
