- Over 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with more than 3 years in oncology.
- Experience with lung cancer products is preferred.
- Has experience in & general hospital & nationwide territory responsibility is preferred.
- Has experience in Oncology (Breast cancer or Gastric cancer) and specialty care-rare disease area are preferred.
- Experience with new product launch is preferred.
- Meets outstanding sales performance and shows consistent success in territory management
- Demonstrates ability to deliver academic knowledge and messages to customers, and set a business plan with a given resource.
- Establishes and achieves stretched objectives.
- Demonstrates success in change management and overcomes challenging situations.
- Participates in the development of successful action plan and strategy.
- Proactively shares one¡¯s own best practice with team members.
- Has gained trust and recognition from the key opinion leaders in the territory.
- Experience in interacting with various disciplines and organizational levels.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and strong selling skill is required.
- Experience with computer systems (CRM databases and MS Office)
